A Statement of Work simply explains who is responsible for what and when. This is a partnership and we understand we’re providing a critical service. If a client is not satisfied they can leave at any time with no penalty.
Assuming you’re going to use the web portal only for Administrators we only need a logo. Setup for Electronic Payments will require your company setting up a Merchant Account with First American Payments.
