What is your target date to go live?
The time required to setup your workflow will depend on the complexity of the data and document composition and the time required to order custom stock items. Custom envelopes or forms will require approximately three weeks lead time. The simplest of jobs can be up and running in a matter of days while very complex workflow may take two to four weeks.

Approximately how many documents will be mailed each cycle?
Because we have to parse the address information for presorting, paginate, and use other information in the data for quality control barcoding, some types of source data are better than others.

Our stock envelopes are the least expensive option. They have our company permit and the ancillary endorsement "Return Service Requested" printed on them. This means you must agree to use our permit number to pay for postage and have the post office return any undeliverable mail to the return address on the delivery envelope.
