The collator cameras (pictured above)
are mounted below the machine. Any
out-of-sequence or duplicates cause
all machines to pause until the issue
is resolved.
The output camera is mounted at the
exit of the inserting machine. It will
also pause all machinery if any issue
is detected.

Statement Processing

Our statement processing workflow was designed for security and speed. We print a 2D barcode with a sequence number in the address window of every document. Another is printed on every page in the upper right margin. These barcodes are read by camera's that control the collating and inserting machines. Every page is scanned and every envelope is checked for proper sequence. No other vendor that we know of uses two separate camera systems on every job.
